レス数が950を超えています。1000を超えると表示できなくなるよ。

navi2ch-010930 ですが、
navi2ch-board-update-file() で、
navi2ch-net-update-file() と navi2ch-board-get-url() の引数が
おかしいかったので、とりあえず以下のようにしました。
etc.txt に書いた板を見るのに必要でした。
