でapachectl restart

/htmlroot/.htaccessに
Options +Includes

これで、hoge.htmlをhoge.shtmlにしてみたりしたのですが、
SSIは評価されずに普通にコメント扱いになります

要するにapache2/manual/howto/ssi.html そのままなのです･･･
